- Spinach 1/2 bunch
- Rice flour 1 1/2 cup
- Upma ravva 1/2 cup
- Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
| Preparation Method |
- Boil the spinach and make it as paste. Mix rice flour, ravva,spinach and make it a smooth batter by adding water. Add salt & cumin seeds to it.
- Heat the pan and spread oil all over the pan .Put the batter on the pan with a spoon & spread the mixture like big circle.
- Fry it until golden brown and turn to the other side for a few seconds and take off from the pan.
