Ingredients
  1. Tomatoes - 3 medium sized
  2. Channa dal - 2 tbs
  3. Coconut scraped - 1 cup
  4. Green chillies - 5
  5. Salt - as per taste
  6. Sugar - 1 tsp
Preparation Method
  • Fry channa dal using little oil, then fry tomatoes cut in to pieces.
  • Now grind all the indredients together.
  • For seasoning use mustard seeds and udid dal.
  • It tastes best for dosa, idli, etc.
