Ingredients |
- Red gram - 1 cup
- Corm pieces (chena) - 3/4 cup
- Brinjal pieces - 3/4 cup
- Cucumber pieces - 1/2 cup
- Grated coconut - 3 cups
- Green chillies - 12
- Ghee or coconut oil - 11/2 oz
- Curry leaves - 3 stalks

Preparation Method |
- Cook the red gram in water.
- When there is very little water left, add slit chillies and all the pieces of vegetables and cook.
- Pour salt.
- Add 3/4 cup water to the coconut and squeeze out the milk.
- Strain it into the curry.
- Crush the curry leaves and put it into the curry along with the ghee. Serve it hot.
