Ingredients
  1. Small pulimanga - 1kg
  2. Ground Mustard seeds 100 gms
  3. Chilli powder    250 gms
  4. Salt
Preparation Method
  • Clean the mangoes and wipe it dry. Add salt and keep in a porcelain container for two weeks.
  • After two weeks open and add chilli and mustard powder.
  • This will stay for a year.
