Ingredients
  1. 2 coconuts, grated
  2. 1/2 bunch coriander leaves
  3. 8 green chillies
  4. Ginger
  5. Salt to taste
Preparation Method
  • Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste, adding a little water as required. 
  • Then boil the vessel.
  • Add some oil.
  • Put some mustard to fry.
  • Then add the the grinded  things to that.
  • Serve this chutney with dosas.
